"How do you always seem to know where to look?'"
That’s what one client asked me after I helped untangle a team restructure gone sideways, and it wasn't the first time i'd been asked that question.
It captures how I operate—strategically, intuitively, and with the kind of operational insight that comes from years of hands-on experience.
💡 What I Believe
- Great operations are about more than the efficiency %.
- You can’t scale brilliance if you’re burning people out.
- Strategy is only as strong as the systems (and people) that hold it.
Over the past 20 years I’ve led global change programs, merged post-acquisition teams, rescued countless failing projects, and coached overwhelmed ops leads into confident decision-makers. I’ve worked with startups, social enterprises, and corporate —and the common thread? Its critical to recognize when teams have exhausted their own expertise or perspective.
Certified in both Business Analysis and Project Management, I’ve developed my own adaptable frameworks —blending principles into methodologies that meet each clients need, not holding them captive to textbook ideals.
As a Project Manager,
I’ve led multi-million-pound client rollouts, delivered a £400,000 office fit-out as a side project, and implemented CRMs in environments where change wasn’t exactly welcomed. I build systems that hold up under pressure—not just in theory, but in the mess and momentum of real teams doing real work
As an Operational Leader,
I designed Centre's of Excellence, delivered board-level strategy sessions, and created 90-day plans that brought clarity to chaos. I’ve facilitated change in the rooms people avoid, and helped rebuild culture across fragmented, remote teams still reeling from pandemic disruption.
Now as AI and automation continue to reshape the operational landscape - I'm even more passionate about crafting strategic road maps that align with both organisational goals and human dynamics. Dynamics that often get overlooked, or even worse, erased during digital transformation.
If you’re navigating change, complexity, or growth—you don’t need fluff or buzzwords, you need someone who can talk to your board one day and roll up sleeves with your team the next — that’s where I come in.
